We appreciate that the unavoidable happens from time to time and that lessons may need to be rearranged. 

Wherever possible please try to rearrange your lesson rather than cancel.
 

Lessons will take place at the allocated time.

If you wish to cancel a lesson, at least 1 weeks notice is requested.

Lessons cancelled within 1 week will be charged at 50%, and if cancelled within 24 hours, will be charged in full.
Unattended lessons without prior cancellation will also be charged in full.
